Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or shipping label.

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
